Made it to Whitehaven

Here we are in Whitehaven...knackered as they say in these parts.

Our plane left Vancouver on time and was half empty.. A bonus. Off we went ony to be informed after a short while that one of the fight crew had a medical issue....doctors were called for.....then an announcement that we would be landing in Edmonton to deal wth this...snow in Edmonton, so after dealing with medical issue...we were off to de-icing.

Arrived in  Manchester..no sleep....got car and used all our combined little grey cells to navigate out of Manchester on the 'wrong' side of the road.

Fabulous countryside, hundreds of sheep & lambs...can hardly wait to explore.

Now a light dinner and off to bed.
